Human Resource

Faculty:

Including Principal, Vice Principal and Assistant Director 21 faculty remains at the moment. There are 5 Associate Professors respectively of Physics, Mathematics, Economics, Zoology and Islamic Studies. The number of working Assistant Professor is 05. They are of Mathematics, Arabic, Zoology, Political Science, Islamic History and Culture.  The number of working lecturer is 10. They are of Arabic, Islamic Studies, Al-Quran, Mathematics, Botany, Bangla  and Home Economics. Most of the faculty members are from BCS General Education Cadre. The principal and two other faculties have PhD degree. At this time another 3 faculty is fellow of PhD. Some faculties have foreign Bachelor/Master degree. Apart from, a good number of academic members are trained in foreign countries-mostly in the fields of language (Arabic & English), Educational Leadership and Management, ICT, Basic science, Curriculum development etc. The location of the institute offers a unique opportunity for arranging specialized resource persons from neighboring universities like Bangladesh Open University, National University and Islamic University of Technology.

 

Officers

There are 3 officers here. They are Accounts Officer, Librarian & documentation Officer and Administrative Officer. They are efficient enough in their respective fields.

Including 3rd and 4th class there are a total of 30 office personnel and supporting staff here.

 Campus & Infrastructur

The institution has a very beautiful campus of 2.86 acors land area. The campus is nice looking due to its natural beauty and modern-designed buildings. One 5th floored big administrative cum academic building, one 3floored academic cum dormitory building, one 5floored male hostel, one 2floored female hostel, principal and hostel super quarters, language lab. computer lab, science lab  a big conference room, mosque etc.  increases the overall charm of the institution

  • Course duration is 1 year.

  • Course duration is three weeks.

Offering Education Administration and management courses for the Heads of Ibtedayee (primary)

Organizing Professional Leadership Development Course for Secondary & Higher Secondary Head of the

Institutions (School, College & Madrasah) under TQI-2 Project of Ministry of Education, Bangladesh

  • Course duration is 21 day

Organizing Professional Leadership Development Course for Secondary & Higher Secondary Head of the

Institutions (School, College & Madrasah) under  the TQI-2 Project of Ministry of Education, Bangladesh

  • Course duration is 35 day.

Arranging 6 day follow up training for the above (21 day & 35 day) trainees

  • Course duration is 06 day

Arranging Secondary Teaching Certificate (STC) Course for the assistant teachers of Secondary School, &

Madraah under the TQI-2 Project of Ministry of Education, Bangladesh

  • Course duration is 3 Months.

Apart from, arranging various kinds of  in-service training imposed by the different projects of the Ministry

of Education, Bangladesh

Our future plan:

  1. To open Master of Madrasah Education (MMEd.) course (equiv. to   M.Ed course).
  2. To prepare competency based curriculum and instructional materials for the training of the Madrasha teachers.
  3. To train a group of trainers for training the Madrasha teachers in teaching communicative languages (Arabic, English).
  4. To set up one more modern language laboratory to help teaching modern Arabic and English.
  5. To initiate job oriented communicative Arabic & English course for non-academic language learners with a view to increase foreign remittance by developing   language skills of the foreign job seekers/ workers.
  6. To train up a group of trainers in the field of ICT to promote the teaching of ICT in the Madrashas.
  7. To shape the institution as an exclusive venue for National and International workshop/Seminar/ Symposium/ Conference  providing latest technology and all others facilities
  8. To establish a Laboratory Madrasa  for trainees
  9. To increase the accommodation capacity for the trainees
  10. To make the institution as a center of excellence for Madrasa Education.
